I created high-fidelity wireframes for a new dashboard solution levering Power BI. I ran multiple workshop sessions with the stakeholders to first gather and organise all the business & user requirements. Afterwards the wireframes were designed to capture all desired functionalities and requirements. I then had to organise playback sessions with the stakeholders to present the designs and gather feedback to action and iterate upon. After doing this enough times, numerous high-fidelity screens were produced which were then ready to be developed.

Created high-fidelity wireframes for a new operating model based off Power BI. I had to ensure the new solution would work within the limitations of Power B. Constant iterations and changes were required as the project had a lot of ambiguity and new business requirements were added on a near daily basis. So a lot of flexibility was required from my part to ensure that all requirements were being met while continuing to deliver deliverables quickly.

I created high-fidelity wireframes for a new intranet page. I had to incorporate the existing designs as much as possible and incorporate the new features and functions in a manner that stays consistent with the existing design.

Created mid-low fidelity wireframes and prototypes for a learning management system. I designed multiple screens, clickable prototypes and an infographic which were used to help the user in their learning journey. To ensure the LMS offered high-quality experience, I also had to research the best learning tools, methods and features that are being used in other LMS and sell those ideas to the client for implementation.

I conducted user research sessions with end users, analysed the findings and recommended further action through detailed documentation. I also designer numerous wireframes for tax-based tools, created prototypes to test and prove feasibility. Strong collaboration between multidisciplinary teams was required for this project and there were strict limitations on what design tools and strategy that can be used. This meant that I had to find creative ways to use the tools available to design a user-friendly product.
